Very Cool Report is operated by LawVox LLC. Our orders are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Free trial first: every new workspace gets a 30-day free trial with no card required; you are only charged if you choose a paid plan.

14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment — first payment or renewal, monthly or annual. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund: go to paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email; Paddle handles all refunds. You can also contact us through the Contact & Support page and we'll help.

After 14 days: you can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments older than 14 days are generally not refunded, but contact us if something went wrong and we'll look at it case by case. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not delete your reports unless you ask us to.
